Jehovah-Charis The God Of All Grace! : Encouragement From Me to You

Jehovah-Charis The God Of All Grace!

by Susan A. Smith on 06/29/12

Hello Friends,

If you have been following me on FB, I recently posted a comment I thought was quite powerful. The satement was "Father I thank you for the Grace to handle situations in the natural until things I have prayed for in the Spirit manifest!" I thought it would be a good idea to give you a little more insight re: the Grace of God. This post is an excerpt from my book What You Never Knew About Grace.

Jehovah-Charis is the nature of God that we call on when we have been in a struggle, especially those struggles that last longer than we think they should.  Notice the scripture says, "after that ye have suffered a while."  Sometimes it seems that when we go through trials in life, it is going to last for a lifetime. But the scripture says "a while."  Romans 8:18 says, "For I reckon that sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us."  The Amplified version of  Romans 8:18 states, "But what of that? For I consider that the sufferings of this present time (this present life) are not worth being compared with the glory that is about to be revealed to us and in us and for us and conferred on us."  Your focus should not be on how long, because time is inconsiderable and incomparable to His glory that will be seen on your life.

When Jehovah-Charis, the God of all grace comes, He comes with the power to "...make you perfect, stablish, stregthen, settle you (1 Peter 5:10).  As noted in Philippians 1:6, "Being confident of this very thing, that he which have begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ."  The Amplified translation of 1 Peter 5:10 states that Jehovah-Charis will establish you. The Message translation says, "...will have you put together and on your feet for good.  This means He will put you in a condition that is not easily changed. You will be settled and fixed in faith. You will be firm and not easily moved. According to our earlier definition of grace, God's divine influence will give you power, which includes the ability to last and resist.

The ability to outlast or resist your enemy is an effective weapon you have at your disposal.  According to Philippians 4:13 (AMP), "I have strength for all things in Christ who empowers me, I am ready for anything and equal to anything through Him who infuses inner strength into me; I am self-sufficient in Christ's sufficiency."  Receive that strength now in Jesus' name.  You have an internal power to go the distance. You have the personality of an enduring champion.

Now that was just a page from the book. If you purchase the book, I know it will give you more insight regarding God's grace. The book is available at

I pray that you are encouraged to stay in faith until what you have prayed for in the Spirit manifests.
