SUSAN A. SMITH is an anointed woman of God who ministers with authority and clarity.  Her objective is to deliver the uncompromising Word of God so that people will be propelled into living the Word and applying it. She is also a worship music artist and in 2006 released her first CD entitled "Simply Worship".  She is the founder of BIG Girls, a mentoring program designed to assist women in achieving their goals, and how they are to conduct themselves during the journey.  She desires to help woman ignite their strengths and advance in their areas of improvement.

As a new Author she has written her first book entitled "I AM From A-Z" released October, 2011.

Susan Co-Pastors with her husband Ray Smith, Senior Pastor of Impacting Your World Christian Center located in Elkton, MD.  She assists with various aspects of the ministry and directs GodSisters, the women's ministry at IYWCC.
